Folder redirection is probably one of the most commonly used GPO settings if I'd have to guess. User Config -> Windows Settings contains your folder redirection, logon/logoff scripts, and IE settings to name a few. I don't think I've ever seen a "guide" with top used GPOs.A lot of it, to be honest, is just flipping through all the settings to see what you do/do not need since it varies a lot between organizations.For example, my "heavy desktop lockdown" GPO could be overkill for your company *or* it might not be enough.Major areas for me seem to fall under Administrative Templates in the User Config section.
